We want you to love your purchase and we strive to provide the best quality products possible. If for some reason you're not completely satisfied you may REFUND or EXCHANGE the item for another style. 
1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after making the order, we can cancel and issue a full refund. 
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please send photos of damaged item within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. 
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. This also applies for shoes as true shoe sizing can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. 
4. I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?
Customers may return or exchange items for another style after a WEEK of receiving the item. Please email us as soon as possible on our contact page to begin the return process. 
All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have original packaging intact 
* The customer is responsible for return shipping
* Shipping fees (if applicable are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount)
 
To return or exchange please provide a copy of the confirmation email with order number and note the new size or item desired (we cannot guarantee item will be in stock). 
Once your item is received your new item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost or we issue your refund. 

Agreements

Our customers who placed orders in our store are considered to fully agree to the following agreements:

1) When the return of an order occurs, the shipping fee of the order that placed would not be returned when the fault is not in noxexit. 

2) When an exchange of an order occurs, our dear customers should be responsible for the charge that send the item(s) back. But in the following cases, we will take charge for the shipping fee of the parcel that customers send back: 1. Wrong sizes, wrong colours or wrong styles sent. 2. Received a wrong order. 

3) We will not take charge for the delivery problems and refuse the requirements of refund (total amount and partial amount) for the following cases:

 1] The unsuccessful delivery due to the customer's own reasons. Including but not limited to:

 Moved without informing us timely before the shipment

 No person at home and could not be reached on phone at the same time when parcel is under delivering. 

 Parcel being destroyed by the local express company facility because of long-term unavailability of the receipent. Always, noxexit had tried to contact the receipent by email/SMS but both failed. 

 2] Natural Disasters

 3] Failure to pass security check of the parcel

 4] Transportation that exceeding the average transportation time

 We will negotiate with customers and decide to refund the whole or partial amount of the order for the following cases:

 1] Missed parcels
